1. What is Home Health?
Adoration Home Health provides quality, compassionate care for patients who are recovering from an illness or an injury that makes it difficult to leave home. Our services allow for rehabilitation and recovery to happen in the place, and at the pace, most comfortable to you.

2. Who is eligible for Home Health services?
We serve a wide variety of patients – from seniors to young adults. A physician referral is required for Home Health Care. Contact our Care Team to discuss your specific needs and any questions regarding home health.

We are available at any time to provide the information you and your family need to make the best treatment decisions. We can also consult with your physicians on your behalf.

3. What payment types are accepted for Home Health Services?
Home Health Services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurers. Cost coverage includes all Home Health benefits, including our Care Team visits, home safety evaluations, social services, 24/7 on-call support and routine supplies related to the treatment of the primary diagnosis.

Most patients will be responsible for their deductibles or coinsurance as determined by insurance coverage. Adoration Home Health billing experts work with you and your family to simplify the payment process.

4. How often can I receive Home Health services?
Our services are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

5. How do I sign up for Home Health Services?

6. What is the difference between Home Health and Private Duty Nursing?
Home Health is medically driven and helps individuals who are recovering from an illness or an injury that makes it difficult to leave home. This skilled care is typically provided by registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, home health aides and medical social workers. Home Health is generally covered by Medicare.

Private Duty Nursing offers a broad range of long-term services to assist patients with their daily lives, from non-invasive medical and nursing care to activities of daily living. The goal of private duty nursing is to help patients remain independent as long as possible in their own home. Our services for private duty are available for long-term chronic, respite care and personal care. Private duty services require a physician order for care and insurance authorization for third party payment.
