Home Health & Hospice Locations Receive SHPBest Award
Several Adoration Home Health and Hospice locations have been recognized by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) for their commitment to delivering high-quality care and exceptional experiences for the patients, families, and caregivers they serve.
In total, 21 home health and hospice locations – including two of Adoration Health partner locations – earned SHPBest™ recognition for the 2025 calendar year, including 7 Premier Performer awards and 14 Superior Performer awards. Among the honorees, 5 home health locations were recognized as Premier Performers, 13 home health locations were recognized as Superior Performers, 2 hospice locations received Premier Performer recognition, and 1 hospice location received Superior Performer recognition.

About SHPBest™
The annual SHPBest™ award program was created to acknowledge home health agencies that consistently provide high-quality service to their patients. The 2025 award recipients were determined by reviewing and ranking the overall experience score for more than 3,200 home health providers.
For hospice providers, the annual SHPBest™ award program was created to acknowledge hospice providers that consistently provide high-quality service to families and caregivers of patients receiving hospice care. The 2025 award recipients were determined by ranking the overall CAHPS Hospice caregiver experience score for more than 1,800 hospice providers.
With one of the largest HHCAHPS and CAHPS benchmarks in the nation, SHP is in a unique position to identify and recognize organizations that have made the patient, family, and caregiver experience a priority and have been rewarded for their efforts with high marks on the HHCAHPS or CAHPS Hospice survey.
