Celebrating a New Chapter in Indiana, PA
The Adoration Hospice team was honored to celebrate a ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 14, 2026 at our Indiana, Pennsylvania location where we were joined by community members, local partners, vendors, and supporters.
Formerly known as Grane Hospice, our team continues to serve the Indiana community from our office at 120 North Fifth Street, Suite C. While the name has changed, one thing remains the same: our unwavering commitment to providing compassionate hospice care for patients and families throughout the region. As Director of Business Development, Brennan Luciano, shared during the ceremony, “These are the same great faces you know, just with a new name. You can trust us like you trust a friend.”
This message reflects who we are. Our experienced team remains in place, continuing the relationships we’ve built over the years while embracing the next chapter as Adoration Hospice.
A Mission Centered on Compassion
At Adoration Hospice, our mission is to empower patients to live with dignity, find fulfillment, and celebrate a life well lived with the people they love most. Hospice care is about much more than medical support – it’s about providing comfort, guidance, and compassionate care for patients and their families throughout their journey.
Our ribbon-cutting ceremony was an opportunity to celebrate that mission with the community. Guests enjoyed live music, local vendors, raffles, giveaways, activities, and valuable community resources while learning more about the services we provide.
The Heart Behind Our Care
Adoration Hospice Community Liaison, Garry Clouner’s experience gives him a unique understanding of the emotions patients and families face when they hear the word hospice. As a college football player, he was diagnosed with terminal leukemia and given just three months to live. Today – decades later – his journey continues to inspire his commitment to every patient and family he serves.
“I advocate for these patients so heavily because I’ve been there,” Garry shared. “We’re here to make it loving. Our staff works hard to ensure patients receive the care and support they need without unnecessary delays.”
